The Capital Shop is a commercial capital brokerage. We are not a direct lender. We help connect business-purpose borrowers with lenders and capital providers. We do not arrange consumer or owner-occupied residential loans.

No offer or commitment

Nothing on this site is an offer, approval, or commitment to lend. All financing is subject to lender review, underwriting, and approval. Rates shown on the site are either national averages published by third parties or indicative starting rates, and they change daily.

Calculators

Calculators on this site give estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are for general information only and are not a quote.

Partner program

Applying to the partner program does not guarantee acceptance. What a partner can do depends on their qualifications, licensing, and state law. We make no promises about income or results.

Text messaging terms

Program: The Capital Shop sends text messages about inquiries, financing requests, applications, appointments, and occasional updates to people who opt in through our website chat widget or forms.
